First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@homeowner.ai. If you still can't find it, email support@homeowner.ai with your name and MLS-registered email address. The team can confirm whether your account has migrated and help with an invitation or next steps if the transfer is pending.
For migrated accounts, client hubs, reports, and alerts are provided through OneHomeowner. Before notifying your clients of the change, check that their hubs and transferred data are available. If your migration is pending or something is missing, contact support to confirm the status and next steps.
OneHomeowner supports integrations with Matrix and OneHome, but availability for your account depends on your MLS migration status. If your transfer is pending, or contacts and leads are not syncing after migration, contact support to confirm the connection and any required next steps.
The 90-day amendment window closed on June 29, 2026. If your MLS has not yet signed, contact your Cotality account representative or CSM as soon as possible — remaining amendments are now handled case by case. Once signed, Cotality will use the most recent user list on file to complete the transfer and launch OneHomeowner for your members.
Email support@homeowner.ai with a description of what you're seeing — include your account email, the affected client or property, and a screenshot if possible. The support team has full visibility into migrated data and can resolve most issues within one business day.
ePropertyWatch served professionals well as a market monitoring and homeowner alerts tool. OneHomeowner is the evolution — a complete homeowner engagement platform built around feedback from agents and MLSs who wanted deeper client tools in one place. Rather than maintain two products, Cotality consolidated everything so the platform can improve faster and deliver more value to agents and their clients.
