Browse the Help CenterFirst, check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@homeowner.ai. If you still can't find it, email support@homeowner.ai with your name and MLS-registered email address and the team will locate your account and resend the invitation.
Your clients' branded hubs and all their property data transferred intact. Monthly reports and alerts now come from OneHomeowner instead of ePropertyWatch — the content is identical. We recommend a brief email to your clients letting them know the platform name changed, but disruption should be minimal.
Yes. OneHomeowner maintains direct integrations with both Matrix and OneHome. Your contacts and leads remained in sync through the migration and continue to sync in real time. No re-configuration is required on your end.
MLSs that have not yet signed the amendment have a 90-day window — until approximately June 29, 2026 — to complete it. Once signed, Cotality will use the most recent user list on file to complete the transfer and launch OneHomeowner for your members. Contact your Cotality account representative or CSM to initiate or check the status of your amendment.
Email support@homeowner.ai with a description of what you're seeing — include your account email, the affected client or property, and a screenshot if possible. The support team has full visibility into migrated data and can resolve most issues within one business day.
ePropertyWatch served professionals well as a market monitoring and homeowner alerts tool. OneHomeowner is the evolution — a complete homeowner engagement platform built around feedback from agents and MLSs who wanted deeper client tools in one place. Rather than maintain two products, Cotality consolidated everything so the platform can improve faster and deliver more value to agents and their clients.
